The Procurement of a Patient Infotainment System

The Velindre Cancer Centre is transitioning to new facility in 2027. As part of the move, the Trust are procuring a Patient Infotainment System, to support the patient experience.

The Trust is looking to engage with interested vendors, who provide a purpose built solution that can meet the scope of the system.

The initial scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Patient Entertainment; TV, Radio
• Environment control
• Meal ordering capabilities
• Ability to embed or integrate with other systems
• Access via Trust-provided and patient-owned devices (device agnostic)
• Mandatory Languages
