To prepare a contract for consultants to produce the Bassetlaw Transport Study
To produce a Transport Study for Bassetlaw District - Stage 1 and 2
To produce Stage 3 Transport Study - terms to be agreed following outcome of 1 and
2 evidence work as per the scope of the work detailed in proposal letter
