UKRI 5830 - High and Low Voltage Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Contract

The provision of High and Low Voltage Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing services.

The total portion of the Contract Sum attributable to Planned Preventative Maintenance ("PPM") Services, including any optional extension periods, shall be £4,181,657.31 (excluding VAT).

The portion of the Contract Sum attributable to Remedial Works to be undertaken during the Contract Term, including any optional extension periods, shall be £1,200,000.00 (excluding VAT). This amount is included solely for the purpose of establishing the maximum potential Contract Value and does not represent a minimum commitment of spend.

Accordingly, the total potential maximum Contract Value shall be £5,381,657.31 (excluding VAT), the service provider will not be entitled to payment in excess of this amount without the prior written approval of the client and a formal variation to the Contract
