UWQ354 Quantity Surveyor - Outdoor Covered Cricket Facility - AWARD

The University's vision is to expand the existing Severn Campus via the creation of an Outdoor Covered Cricket Facility (OCCF). The University wishes to appoint a Cost (Quantity Surveying) Consultancy with the relevant experience to provide cost advice as part of the development of the Concept plans (to obtain planning permission), prepare tender information to allow a contractor to be appointed under a 2-stage JCT D&B contract, work with the University and appointed Consultants to obtain best value, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and value for money.

The University is running a mini-competition using the Construction Surveying Consultancy Services lot from University of Birmingham's Build Higher framework.
