Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 Apprenticeship delivered through a blended delivery model, incorporating remote learning, tutor-led sessions and workplace-based learning. Training will be delivered to school employees working within educational settings across Walsall and associated workplace locations. The apprenticeship will support the development of the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to undertake specialist teaching assistant responsibilities, supporting workforce development, professional skills progression, service delivery requirements and compliance with the occupational standard.
