Provision of a Volume Services Agreement (VSA) enabling the Trust to call off professional and specialist IT services through a pre-agreed points-based mechanism. The agreement provides flexible access to technology consultancy, implementation support, project delivery and other specialist digital services to support the Trust's operational and transformation priorities.
