A managed service is required to provide a dedicated team responsible for establishing a new cross-departmental programme of work. Initially the focus will be on getting programme management processes, products and governance up and running (as per milestones table) as well as considering a longer-term resourcing strategy for programme delivery. The creation of a business case for the Programme will also be a key task.
