The Civil Aviation Authority's (CAA's) IT Department require a mechanism to purchase, software licenses, subscriptions, and associated services via a Supplier (reseller) using a consolidated route.
A further competition has been conducted by CAA in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, under the CCS RM6098 Technology Products and Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement Lot 3. As a result of this competition, the contract for the provision to purchase software licenses, subscriptions, and associated services via a supplier (reseller) using a consolidated route has been awarded by the CAA.
The initial term of the contract is 5 years, with a maximum potential value of up to £10 million across the first 5 years. There will be 2 optional additional 12-month extension periods. This contract does not constitute a guarantee of any level of expenditure.
