2026-027 Non-Domestic Consumer Research

Ofgem requires a supplier to conduct the tracking of non-domestic consumers' experiences with the energy market now including heat networks, and to assess results across key sub-groups. The primary aim of the project is to track business experiences in the non-domestic energy market over time and build on the existing four years of data. For businesses on heat networks, this would be the first time their experience is being measured quantitatively.
