The Council is now seeking to explore alternative solutions available within the market that may better meet its current and future Grounds Maintenance requirements. A list of high-level requirements has been developed in collaboration with the service and the Council’s IT Service. Potential Suppliers are invited to review these requirements and provide information on solutions that may be capable of meeting the Council’s needs. The requirements identified by the Grounds Maintenance Service and IT Service are set out below. We would welcome responses from suppliers to support the Council in developing its understanding of the market and informing this Request for Information exercise.
