Active Travel 2026 - Phase 1

This Scheme will cover Active Travel improvements on Gorse Street and Lower Audley Street, Blackburn

And will encompass the installation of an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing with a kerbed centre island, roadmarking alterations, lighting column relocation, replacement lighting columns, associated electrical works, footway reconstruction, fencing and pedestrian controls, removal of trees, traffic signal civils works and carriageway patching.
