Description
Provision of specialist programme management, asset management and technical advisory services to support the Council's Asset Management Improvement Programme, including procurement and implementation of a new Asset Management System (AMS), asset data improvement and migration, governance, strategic asset analysis, development of an Asset Management Plan and Disposals Programme, and knowledge transfer to Council officers.
