Provision of Resettlement Support Services for the London Borough of Hillingdon.

The Resettlement Support Provision will help support people to settle / remain settled in their accommodation and general improved wellbeing. The focus areas are to ensure people are registered with a local GP surgery and other health services, ensure that children are registered with education, support people with steps to gain employment or education, support with financial sustainability - benefits/income and budgeting, support non-English speaking adults to enrol for ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages); community orientation is important which includes the local transportation systems, shopping and leisure facilities. The Provider will be required to network and have knowledge of available support for often vulnerable and complex people's needs as well as will make referrals to community-based support services available
