BCU-ITT-64411 - YGC Drop Down Mortuary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the installation of a new modular mortuary facility and associated external works at the Mortuary Department, Glan Clwyd Hospital, Bodelwyddan.

The project comprises the provision of a new standalone LEEC sectional body store and associated enabling works to increase mortuary capacity and support the ongoing operational requirements of the Health Board. The works will be delivered through a phased programme and include the installation of a concrete foundation base, erection and commissioning of the modular mortuary unit, modifications to existing infrastructure, and associated external works.

The tender will be awarded to the most advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
