Provision of Cost Consultancy and Employer's Agent Services for the Blackthorn Sites affordable housing project, comprising the Harefield Road and Blackthorn Road Workshops sites in Northampton.

The services include cost planning and cost management, procurement support, tender evaluation, contract administration, project monitoring, reporting, Employer's Agent duties, handover support and final account services through design development, planning, procurement, construction, handover, defects period and project close-out.

Contract awarded by direct award under the West Northamptonshire Council Design Consultancy Framework, Lot 10.
