Communal Block Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services

Incommunities is seeking to appoint one or more suppliers to provide internal communal cleaning and external window cleaning services across its low and medium-rise new-build, acquired residential accommodation, and sheltered schemes located throughout West and North Yorkshire.

The successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver a high-quality, reliable and consistent service across the identified properties, including any additional properties that may be acquired or developed during the term of the contract.
