Awarded via Further Competition under Lot 6 (Commercial Heating) of Fusion21's Heating, Renewables & Electricals Framework (2024/S 000-003257)
Communal Heating & Hot Water Upgrades at Mittell Court, Folkestone. Removal of existing heating and hot water plant and system and upgrade with a more energy efficient system. All ten flats with the block will be upgraded along with the communal heating.
