Civil enforcement software and associated services i.e. the administration and processing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and also the issuing and management of permits.

Initial contract period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 with option to extend for a further 2 years.

Contract effective start date 4 April. Contract fully executed 10 July.
