Description
The ICP Research Laboratory houses two heavily used instruments from Agilent’s Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) instrument. The objective of this strategy is to secure a 3-year, multi-instrument service and support agreement. The Facility has a long-standing, positive working relationship with Agilent, whose technical support has been consistently responsive and effective.
