The contract covers all RIBA stages 0-7 inclusive for all sites listed in the ITT. The Contract is split into three phases for each of the sites as outlined below. The University reserves the right to extend the contract term to proceed with the next phase for each specific site. - Phase 1: RIBA stages 0-3 - Phase 2: RIBA stages 4 - Phase 3: RIBA stages 5-7 The initial contract term will cover Phase 1 only for each of the sites and The University may, in its sole discretion, extend the term of the contract to proceed with Phase 2 and Phase 3 for each site on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the contract terms. The form of contract is the NEC4 Professional Service Short Contract. The contract has been awarded following an openly advertised Open Procedure (one stage tender process).
