Description
Provision of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services to support the Trusts Diagnostic Feasibility Scheme consisting of numerous (7) projects including replacement programmes and capacity expansions. This will be across all 3 sites : Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Furness General Hospital and Westmorland General Hospital. <br/><br/>The service will support RIBA Plan of Work Stages 1-4, including advise on the cost of the project, advise on alternative designs, prepare/maintain/develop cost plans and cash flow forecast, attend client meetings and prepare a detailed schedule of works. Delivered via a direct award under the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (SBS10190) - Lot 4 Quantity Surveyor.
