Description
Wolverhampton City Council (CWC) on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) is seeking an organisation to provide specialist consultancy to support the development of the A454 Phase 3 scheme that encompasses the section of the A454 around the junctions with Neachells Lane and Noose Lane. This work is important to update data, modelling and design works and progress towards a completed business case.
