North Ayrshire requires a suitably qualified contractor to produce electrical installation condition reports and completing remedial works within the councils non-housing portfolio and communal areas within sheltered housing and supported living units in Council ownership and/or use within the boundaries of North Ayrshire Council, including the Islands of Arran and Cumbrae.
