CalMac Ferries Ltd (CFL) requires an external supplier to produce robust, transparent and usable long-range unconstrained forecasts of passenger and vehicle demand across the ferry network. The forecasts will support short, medium and long-term planning, including strategic service design, future capacity planning, vessel and timetable considerations, and wider investment planning.
