DDaT25454 - Agile IT - Developer Resources

UKRI had a requirement to procure developer resource.

This has been procured via a compliant competition against the Agile IT framework (ref: DDaT21501) Lot 6.

Variation 002 has been implemented against PCR 2015 72.-(1) (b) to increase the value of the call-off contract by £40,147.10 excluding VAT. This variation also extends the contract expiry date from 02/11/2026 to 18/12/2026.

This variation is in alignment with the original contract and within 20% against the initial value of the call off contract value permitted for extensions stipulated within the framework policy.
