DDaT26423 - Infrastructure and Network Monitoring Solution

UKSBS currently operates an on-premise infrastructure and network monitoring capability that provides visibility across critical infrastructure, networks, applications and databases. Over time, the technology estate has evolved significantly, with increasing adoption of cloud services, hybrid hosting models, platform services and more complex service dependencies.

As a result, the monitoring landscape has become broader and more diverse, requiring a monitoring capability that can provide consistent visibility across traditional infrastructure as well as modern cloud environments including Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Through this notice we are looking for engagement with the market and feedback and what is available in general along with any elements of innovation that may need to be considered.

As part of this information gathering exercise, we have developed a series of questions to ascertain the capability, the capacity and the appetite of the current market and would welcome your responses.
