Dry out Services

To provide Dry Out Services during incidents of major flood or water

leakage.

The contract deliverables for the entire term are:

•supply of dehumidifiers.

•supply of desiccant sets.

•carry out moisture tests.

•offer flood and fire damaged services.

•offer building sanitisation, microbial treatments, deep cleans and carpet treatments.

•provide hire of air movers.

•provide delivery and collection services.

•provide emptying checking services of de-humidifiers.

Services are generally required during normal hours, but there may be occasion where an

out of hours service is required.

Example jobs would include:

•Seasonal flooding (rainfall) / surface water flooding

•Flooding following fire at adjacent property

•Bursts on supply pipework (including in block of flats)
