Provision of Fleet Management Services

Management of whg's fleet of vehicles including:

• provide a fully inclusive, end to end fleet management service to whg.
• coordinate service delivery, transition services from whg's current in-house operations.
• manage whg's existing owned and contract hire fleet vehicles with the key Deliverables of:

o ensuring that whg's operational fleet is managed efficiently and effectively, both in terms of costs and operational delivery.

o ensuring that the whg's fleet complies with legislation relating to the operation of their vehicles and duty of care

o effectively managing the risks associated with the fleet management services

o optimising the operational efficiency of whg's fleet

o supporting the transition of the whg's fleet to zero emission vehicles in line with Government policy and targets where so requested.
