Employer Agent Services at Clements Court, Hounslow-Habinteg Housing-Hoyler Developments

Habinteg Housing Association / Hoyler Developments ltd (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Employers agent, Principal designer (CDM), and Clerk of Works Consultancy Services at Clements Court, Hounslow.

Six storey block of flats with 26 units, design and build. The project will be developed as one phase and will have a contract value of approximately £13,500,000 excluding consultants fees and surveys. 7-8 months preconstruction and 24 months construction stage.

The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-1 Employers agent services as per Client MEAT assessment..

The Contract will commence on 1st June 2026 with completion date on 31st March 2029.
