Employer Agent Services at Tooting and Mitcham, South London-Habinteg Housing-Hoyler Developments

Habinteg Housing Association / Hoyler Developments ltd (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Employers agent, and Clerk of Works Consultancy Services at Tooting and Mitcham-South London.

The project will be developed using a development agreement. BWA will act as Employer's Representatives. Others will act for the Developer as Employer's Agents. The project will be developed as one phase. The project will have a contract value of approximately £23,400,000 and be constructed over 20 months with a 5-6-month RIBA Stage 4 lead in.

The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-1 Employers agent services as per Client MEAT assessment..

The Contract will commence on 1st April 2026 with completion date on 31st July 2028.
