Description
Pilot funded by central government and service commissioned by the participating local authorities.
The Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC) is an alternative family court for care proceedings. Launched in January 2008, the Family Drug and Alcohol Court was introduced as a new way of dealing with care proceedings.
The pan London provider of FDAC is The Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust. Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust are the only provider of FDAC in London.
Contract for the period from 5th January 2026 to to 31st December 2026.
The value of the contract is £97,500 for the period from 5th January 2026 to 31st December 2026.
