CONTRACT PERIOD: OCTOBER 2026 - OCTOBER 2029

SUDBURY TOWN COUNCIL ​

Sudbury Town Council takes great pride in the appearance of our town centre and the green spaces we are responsible for and recognises the significant role that well maintained, sustainable and creative floral and plant displays play in creating an attractive and vibrant town centre.

We are now inviting applications from qualified contractors for our Floral Supply and Maintenance Contract for the period October 2026 - October 2029.

Timeline for applicants:

Return date for Tenders by: Monday 20 July 2026

Assessment and final panel decision by: Friday 31 July 2026

Applicants notified of panel decision by: Monday 3 August 2026

Agreement of Contract by: Friday 7 August 2026

Commencement of contract on: Friday 16 October 2026
