SPECIFIED SCHEDULE OF REPAIRS AT FLINT LODGE SUDBURY SUFFOLK

WORKS REQUIRING LISTED BUILDING CONSENT

• Repair and/or replacement of rainwater goods
• Repair and repointing to areas of external flintwork
• Repair and repointing to areas of external brickwork
• Replacement of timber external windows to the single-storey range
• Repair where the projecting roof canopy has been removed

All works are to be carried out using traditional materials, appropriate conservation techniques and sympathetic detailing to match the existing building fabric and preserve the special architectural and historic interest of the property.
