Description
The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is procuring a contractor to undertake the demolition of five residential tower blocks at the Gascoigne Estate, namely Crispe House, Fiske Court, Oban House, Tasker House and Earlsdown House. The works form part of the wider regeneration programme for the Gascoigne Estate and will support the Council’s strategic objectives to deliver estate renewal, enable future development opportunities, and improve the borough’s housing and place-making outcomes. The procurement includes the phased demolition of the buildings together with associated site management, health and safety, environmental controls, asbestos management and related enabling works.
