Healthy Homes Branding and Communications

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham the Council is looking to procure a supplier to lead on the design, delivery and evaluation of branding and communications for the council's new approach to household retrofit. The supplier will lead on conducting baseline research, developing a consistent branding, and planning and implementing a 12 month communications campaign to increase awareness and improve perceptions regarding retrofit, energy efficiency, and available support from the Council. The total value for this contract is £60,000.
