Production Management-North End Rd Traffic Free Markets (2026-27)

Supplier to provide comprehensive Production management services for the North End Road (NER) Seasonal Traffic Free Festivals.

Professional On‑Site Event Operations:

Provision of an experienced on‑site production crew responsible for rigging, maintaining, and de‑rigging event infrastructure, including stages, power equipment, lighting, backline and sound systems.

Stage & Infrastructure Delivery:

Supply, installation, management, and removal of the Main Stage and 2 (two) Busking Stages, along with associated seasonal décor, festoon lighting, barriers, and street furniture.

Power & Sound Provision:

Management of all event power and audio requirements, ensuring safe installation and compliance with agreed sound levels and operational standards.

Provide mixing equipment to host a street party in one of the busking stages featuring local DJs.

Street Furniture & Public Realm Setup:

Delivery and removal of picnic benches, individual benches, and any other furniture required to support the festival environment and visitor experience.

Collaboration with Council Services:

Close working with key Council teams, including Events, Highways, Street Cleansing, Parking, and Food Safety, to ensure safe, compliant, and well‑coordinated delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Partnership working with the LBHF Event Team, sponsors, and local partners such as Hammersmith London and Hammersmith Kings Mall.

Contracting & Supply Chain:

The opportunity is suitable for Small and Medium‑sized Enterprises (SMEs). Subcontracting is permitted where appropriate to support delivery.
