Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme Framework

The London Borough of Hounslow intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework for the delivery of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme.

The Framework will support the provision of free holiday activities and nutritious food for eligible children and young people during school holiday periods, in accordance with Department for Education HAF requirements.

The estimated total value of the Framework is £807,200.

The Framework will be divided into four Lots:

Lot 1 - West: Feltham, Hanworth and Bedfont

Lot 2 - Central: Hounslow, Cranford and Heston

Lot 3 - East: Chiswick, Brentford and Isleworth

Lot 4 - SEND: Borough-wide specialist SEND provision

The Authority intends to appoint multiple providers across the four Lots. Providers may tender for one or more Lots, subject to meeting the relevant requirements.

Services will be commissioned during the Framework term through individual Call-Off Contracts in accordance with the Framework Agreement.

The proposed Framework term is four years.
