Key Holding, Property Inspections and First Responder Services

Warwickshire County Council (WCC) require a company, accredited under the Security Industry Authority (SIA's) Approved Contractor Scheme (with individual staff holding valid SIA licences) to deliver Key Holding Services, Property Inspections, and First Responder services to Alarm activations across Warwickshire County Council's portfolio of corporate buildings. Other services may be required such as Static Guarding, but this would be on an ad-hoc basis.
