Description
Over the past few years, there has been an increasing shortage of immigration advice available in Warwickshire.
The WCC Migration Team commissioned this service to ensure that eligible refugees and asylum seekers in Warwickshire have timely access to regulated, high-quality immigration advice and legal support, enabling them to secure their immigration status, access their rights and entitlements, and successfully integrate into local communities.
The Council is undertaking this market testing exercise to better understand the availability, capacity, and experience of organisations providing immigration advice services. This exercise is intended solely to gather market intelligence and does not form part of any formal procurement process
We are seeking to explore innovative ways of delivering the model that will best meet the needs of asylum seekers and migrants across Warwickshire as well as supporting our staff to become competent IAA registered advisers.
