Description
West Lancashire Borough Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced surveyors to provide legal disrepair surveyor services in accordance with relevant UK housing legislation and standards. The appointed provider will support our legal and housing teams in assessing, reporting, and providing expert witness services for housing disrepair claims.
