The Council is seeking to appoint a RICS-accredited commercial property agent to deliver marketing and lettings services for the Evergreen Business Park in Skelmersdale. The appointed agent will develop and implement a marketing strategy, undertake viewings, respond to enquiries and provide other services as detailed in the specification.
