Description
West Lothian Council’s Education Services, on behalf of the West Lothian Local Employability Partnership (LEP), is seeking a third sector training provider consortium or single organisation to provide a personal skills development (PSD) programme of learning and support to work with our most vulnerable unemployed and economically inactive young people aged 16-19 years, resident in West Lothian to progress them further along the strategic skills pipeline.
