The Authority requires a Contractor to continue delivering the following services, including but not limited to: service include: - managing mast repairs/works based on condition surveys; - mast access arrangements; -negotiating new licences-arranging rent reviews of existing sharers on the mast location and to encourage newOpen Tender - FTS. All queries relating to this tender must be submitted to the Scottish Police Authority only via the Q&A portal on Public Contract Scotland Tender (PCS-T). The Authority requires a Contractor to continue delivering the following services, including but not limited to: service include: - managing mast repairs/works based on condition surveys; - mast access arrangements; -negotiating new licences-arranging rent reviews of existing sharers on the mast location and to encourage new sharers to the sites to increase annual revenue; - It will also be the remit to determine if there any efficiencies in terms management (rates, electricity recharges) or releasing loss making non-operationally required sites for consideration by the SPA; - decommissioning of sites which are no longer required; and - rates recovery -Police Scotland will act as a client function and arrange for any rental invoicing/debt collection of licence fees and rates and electricity due from sharers. | — |
