Protect and Prepare Capability (Role Player)

This procurement is being conducted by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on behalf of the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) who are the Contracting Authority as defined in Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023.

This Invitation to Tender has been issued by MOPAC who are seeking to award a Contract to provide role-players and associated services in support of the National Counter Terrorism Security Office's Protect and Prepare Capability Testing project.

The requirement is for an organisation to supply role-players, catering, transportation, accommodation, filming and general logistics to support live trials set to take place in September and October 2026.
