Provision of a ‘Housing Related Floating Support Service’

The procurement relates to the provision of a Housing Related Floating Support Service to support young people transitioning from supported accommodation into independent living.

The service is a step-down model forming part of a continuous support pathway. It provides flexible, person-centred support to enable service users to develop independent living skills, sustain tenancies, and reduce reliance on statutory services.

The cohort supported is directly linked to the existing supported accommodation service, and the service must align closely with current care and support arrangements.

A competitive process was not appropriate due to continuity of care, safeguarding risks, and operational incompatibility
