SOW - Change Management support

This SoW provides for a 6 month extension to the NRS Change Capability Programme, supporting the transition from framework development to the implementation and embedding of change management activities across priority projects within the NRS Transformation Portfolio.

The scope of services includes the development of operational work packages, delivery of project-specific change management plans, completion of stakeholder and impact assessments, implementation of targeted change interventions, coaching and support for project teams and change champions, enhancement of organisational readiness and benefits realisation measures, and the provision of programme reporting, including RAG status, roadmap maturity and project and programme maturity assessments.
