SOW - Nuclear Regulatory Review - WP0

NRS requires project management and programme support services to support delivery of its Regulatory Reform Project. The project aims to embed a proportionate and risk-informed approach across nuclear, environmental and planning regulatory regimes, improve engagement with regulators, and support the implementation of regulatory reforms that enable more effective and efficient decommissioning outcomes.

The services will provide interim project management, governance and delivery support, including development of project plans, programme governance documentation, progress monitoring and reporting, stakeholder engagement activities, and communications planning. The supplier will support the definition and delivery of project work packages, ensuring milestones, dependencies and timescales are effectively managed and that the information required to secure executive approvals is developed and maintained.

Deliverables include the production of governance and delivery planning documentation, progress tracking and reporting mechanisms, stakeholder engagement plans, and communications plans to support successful project implementation.
