SOW - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Integrator

NRS has awarded this contract to secure specialist supply chain support to inform future strategic planning and to enhance the programme of work required to deliver a Minimum Viable Product for the Enterprise Asset Management System.

The MVP will establish the foundation for the integration of three NRS sites into the new EAMS. The services will draw on supplier expertise in asset management and system integration to support the adoption of good practice, enable effective use of internal resources, and maximise value realisation.

The scope includes provision of expert advice from an experienced EAM system integrator to ensure NRS is appropriately prepared for system integration, with particular focus on data readiness, processes, and organisational capability.

Key milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery timescales form part of the contractual requirements.
