SOW - Transformation Stakeholders Change & Communications support

NRS has awarded this contract to provide specialist change management and communications support to enable stakeholder readiness, minimise disruption, and maximise Delivery Model Programme benefits. The services will align with the NRS Change Framework and Transformation Change approach, ensuring consistency with established standards and ways of working.

The scope includes the development and implementation of a change and communications strategy, structured stakeholder identification and engagement, and the delivery of integrated change interventions and communications to drive awareness, understanding and engagement.
