W5029 Debt Recovery Support Service

There is a requirement for the provision of legal advice to support the collection of Adult Social Care Debt.

Adult social care debt recovery is legally complex, often sensitive, and requires specialist legal knowledge to ensure fair, effective, and lawful outcomes. Solicitors involvement will help the Council recover more debt, protect vulnerable individuals, and comply with all relevant laws and policies.
